Samsung has expanded its AI laundry line with a new space-saving all-in-one washer and dryer that takes clothes from dirty to clean and dry in one step.

Say goodbye to the laundry juggle and hello to a smarter way of handling household chores: laundry day has just gotten a high-tech upgrade with the latest all-in-one washer dryer that brings the power of artificial intelligence to your laundry routine.

Gone are the days of having to transfer wet clothes from the washer to the dryer, a task that often gets forgotten or interrupts your day. Samsung’s new washer-dryer combo – Bespoke AI Heatpump Combo* with 7-inch AI home LCD display – takes the hassle out of laundry by seamlessly transitioning from washing to drying, ensuring your clothes are perfectly clean and dry without having to lift a finger.

This stylish and innovative space-saving format makes it easier than ever to do laundry quickly and efficiently, says Samsung’s Christine Lightfoot.

“With the largest in its class 18kg capacity drum and unique all-in-one format, users can wash and dry more clothes in a single load and skip the step of transferring wet clothes from the washer to a separate dryer. The all-in-one has an elevated, modern design with signature Samsung bespoke details, including a flat panel glass door and dark steel finish that brings style to any laundry space.”

Users can also get laundry done faster with the washer’s Super Speed Cycle setting, which can wash and dry a full load in just 98 minutes. For added convenience, the door automatically opens when a cycle ends to allow humidity to vent and keep clothing dry so your laundry will not develop a musty odour.

Slim, minimalist and discreet, the Bespoke AI Heatpump Combo means your laundry is taken care of so you can carry on with more important tasks; with AI technology, laundry time is as intuitive and hands-off as it gets.

The seven-inch AI home LCD display serves as an intuitive, easy-to-use control centre for managing laundry, shares Lightfoot.

“Quickly select and adjust settings with the tap of a finger and view cycle recommendations, as well as information like detergent levels and energy consumption. The AI Heatpump Combo also uses machine learning to remember user habits and personalise washing and drying with cycle suggestions based on clothing type and cleaning preferences.”

The home LCD display doubles as a hub for managing other connected Samsung appliances, making multitasking a breeze and helping you tackle household chores efficiently. While folding laundry, users can easily check the status of their meal in a connected Samsung oven and even answer incoming calls—all from the screen on their Heatpump Combo.

With built-in voice control, Samsung’s Bixby4 voice recognition assistant takes convenience to the next level. Imagine walking into the laundry room with a full basket, asking Bixby to open the unit’s door, and selecting the wash cycle with a simple voice command as you load the machine. For those with small children it’s a game-changer.

“The all-in-one takes the guesswork out of laundry with Samsung’s AI Wash and AI Dry technology, automatically choosing the best wash and dry cycles. Intelligent sensors detect the weight, fabric type and soil level of clothes and determine the best cleaning cycle and drying time,” says Lightfoot.

The home LCD display is an interface that allows you to manage other connected Samsung appliances, making multitasking a breeze and helping you tackle household chores efficiently.

The Flex Auto Dispense System automatically dispenses the ideal amount of detergent and fabric softener for every load.. The Bespoke Combo holds up to 32 loads and automatically alerts users when detergent is running low.

Removing yet another step from the laundry process, the washer also features a Flex Auto Dispense System that automatically dispenses the ideal amount of detergent and fabric softener for every load.

“Users can add their preferred detergent and fabric softener or use both compartments for detergent to hold and automatically dispense up to 32 loads and the dispenser will also send an alert when detergent is running low.”

All of these innovation snot only streamline the laundry process and save time, but there’s also an environmental benefit. Connect to the Samsung’s SmartThings app allows users to access SmartThings Energy and switch on AI Energy Mode<sup> </sup>to automatically optimise their appliance’s energy consumption and get an estimate of their monthly electricity use, which has been proven to reduce power usage without sacrificing performance or functionality.
