The new AVENTOS HKi integrated lift system helps you make the most of glass-fronted cabinet designs

When it comes to displaying items in a secure and visible setting, nothing beats a glass-fronted cabinet. With all the advantages of open shelving, but none of the dirt and dust, glass fronts create an unmistakably sophisticated ambience.

The only issue occurs when you want to access the contents. By adding a lift mechanism, the glass door can be easily raised. But it also means the engineering behind the lift is exposed to view.

Blum has solved the problem with a new addition to the AVENTOS range – AVENTOS HKi.

Invisible elegance

With AVENTOS HKi, the integrated lift system stays out of sight when closed – even with glass fronts. When open, the visible parts are in a discreet onyx black finish.

This subtle effect is created by hiding the mechanism in the cabinet’s sides. Thanks to its narrow design, AVENTOS HKi can be fully integrated into cabinet side panels as narrow as 16 mm. The lift system hardware blends seamlessly into the cabinet and enables sleek new design possibilities. With AVENTOS HKi, you have the freedom to create high-quality cabinetry with an aesthetic edge for premium commercial and residential projects.

There’s one more benefit from integrating the mechanism in the cabinet’s sides – extra capacity. With no parts intruding into the cabinet, you free up around 750 cubic millimeters of internal space. Less really is more with AVENTOS HKi.

Support from Blum to simplify installation

AVENTOS HKi has been added to Blum’s online E-SERVICE platform such as to seamlessly configure, plan and order everything required for the job. And to make life even simpler, Blum has designed AVENTOS HKi to be fully adjustable on site without removing the lift mechanism.
