Dickson Rothschild’s mediation expertise achieves quadruple approvals for Scape developments

Dickson Rothschild is often called upon to help navigate the challenging Court process for development approvals.

We were excited to provide Urban Design expertise to achieve a successful mediation outcome for these four developments by Scape.

In our role, we worked extensively with the four architects of each project, to ensure compliance with the LEP, DCP and the contentions expressed at Court.  Mediation at Court has helped to achieve a rapid consent, as well as design improvements such as introducing through-site links, improving landscape design elements and exploring alternative façades.
