Delivered by Taylor Construction for developer Gemscott, this block of five terrace homes in west Auckland has just been awarded Regional Silver at the 2025 Registered Master Builders House of the Year. The recognition spans design quality, material specification, sustainability and construction excellence.
Mako aluminium fencing ties the exterior together across all five homes. Vertical slat privacy screens, blade perimeter fencing and picket front fencing. The brief called for fencing that worked architecturally, not just functionally. Clean lines, consistent specification, zero maintenance.
This is the kind of project Mako exists for. Multi-unit residential where the fencing decision matters to the overall streetscape, and where a developer needs a supplier who can deliver consistency at scale, factory-direct.
