E-Type House follows the form of the gently sloping landscape.
Each section is separated by a courtyard.
Inspired by the modular composition of Victorian villas, the home is comprised of three similarly scaled pavilions.
Glossy black subway tiles clad the walls of the kitchen.
Woodburning fireplaces provide sustainable heat to the home.
The timber panelling creates a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces, with cedar weatherboards cladding the exterior.
