Initially, our involvement in the project was solely focused on lighting control. However, through close collaboration with the clients and our expertise in building automation, we identified significant opportunities to enhance their home’s functionality and convenience. By integrating additional systems such as underfloor heating, extractor fans, blinds, air conditioning, and garage door control, we were able to streamline the installation and deliver a comprehensive smart home solution.
This holistic approach not only simplified the overall automation process but also provided the clients with a seamless and intuitive way to control their entire living environment. The end result was a highly customized, automated home that enhanced both comfort and efficiency.

Intelligent and elegant engraved glass switch panels
These sophisticated switch panels provided the ability to call pre-set scenes with a single press, eliminating the need for multiple switches and simplifying control.
Some of the key scenes configured for the clients included:
- Good morning scene: Gradually brightens the bedroom lights and adjusts the temperature to a comfortable level.
- Wine O’Clock scene: Activates ambient lighting in the living and dining areas, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere.
- Good night scene: Turns off all exterior and interior lights (except for bedrooms) when the clients go to bed.
- Leaving/all off scene: Turns off all lights and unnecessary systems when the clients leave the house, ensuring energy efficiency and security.
Alarm system integration
The lighting system was integrated with the security alarm, ensuring that all lights automatically turned off when the security system was armed. This added an extra layer of convenience and energy savings.
Time schedules for automated scene activation
To enhance energy efficiency and convenience, we programmed automated schedules:
- Dusk scene: Turns on outdoor feature lighting at sunset and switches it off at 11:00 PM.
Occupancy sensors for smart lighting
Corridors and hallways were equipped with occupancy sensors to switch lights on only when movement was detected and when ambient lighting levels were low, reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
Master touch panel for centralized control
A master touch panel was installed, allowing the clients to control all aspects of the home from a single interface. The panel provides an intuitive way to manage lighting, temperature, blinds, and more.
Mobile app control
For ultimate convenience, the entire automation system was accessible via a mobile app. This allowed the clients to control lighting, heating, and other systems remotely, ensuring they could always adjust their home environment to their liking, even when away.
