No one likes to think that when we purchase a new appliance, one day it might need repairs. Inevitably there are instances where this may occur and when that occasion arises we are often desperate for it to be fixed…. Yesterday!
So, when it comes to purchasing a new major appliance it is often wise to take a few moments to research the warranty and service the company provides. How long is the warranty period? Do you need to register your warranty? How do you register your warranty? Who do you contact in the event a warranty service call is required?
When you purchase a Liebherr refrigerator or wine cellar in Australia for domestic purposes, from the date of purchase you receive a standard three (3) year warranty against defective material or faulty manufacture. Our appliances also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty terms and conditions, and details regarding your consumer rights and remedies can be located on the Liebherr Warranty Card.

To assist the Customer Care Team with after-sales service of your appliance, we recommend registering the warranty for your Liebherr appliance. Whilst, it isn’t required to activate the standard 3-year warranty (as this automatically commences the date of purchase, validated by your tax invoice), it is required should you wish to take advantage of the five (5) year warranty upgrade. By registering your warranty details with us, we can offer faster, more efficient service in the event you require it.
The most efficient way to register your warranty is via the Andi-Co Australia website by completing a warranty registration form. Should you prefer to phone please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Team on 1300 650 020. To register your warranty you will need your invoice along with specific appliance details such as your model, service and serial numbers which are located on your appliances internal ratings plate.
Liebherr’s National Customer Care Centre can be contacted should you require instructions or service for your Liebherr appliance. There are a number of ways to contact the Customer Care Team:
– Telephone 1300 650 020
– Email
– Website (submit a service request form)
The Customer Care Team are available to assist with all enquiries Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm (EST) excluding Victorian public holidays.
Should you have any further questions regarding your Liebherr appliance warranty please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Team via phone (1300 650 020), email or the website.
