What turns a house into a home are the personal touches you can add, so that people recognise your home as an extension of who you are.
Some are quite striking, aiming to wow and impress; others are more subtle but can equally take people’s breath away.
The sky is the limit when it comes to features (and costs). Still, it’s so much fun looking out for cool ideas and inspiration that you can potentially incorporate into a new home-build design.
When building a new home that is uniquely you, it is crucial to align with the right team and building company. This way, you not only have a company that can listen and understand your vision to deliver an individual build, but you also have the contractors available who can deliver the build quality and attention to detail associated with sometimes complex solutions to fitting high-end products.
If you’re going down the track of a bespoke new build, good things take time, so having an in-house drafting team on tap helps immensely with design time frames when adding personal customisation or a one-off plan to suit the section.
