Expella’s Key Deliverables:
- Expella tested and reported on range-hood performance through an alternative external grille that was integrated into the window frame.
- Designed and fabricated an internal linear slot grille that was easy to install and maintain.
- Designed and fabricated a low profile transition box for connection to the window frames.
- Pre-construction system testing.
- Performed the installation of bathroom, laundry and kitchen exhaust systems to 403 high end residential apartments using low profile ducting and in-line exhaust fans.
- Installation of make-up air systems to 403 apartments.
- Air flow testing and commissioning.
