Accoya is the world's leading high technology wood. It is produced from a non toxic cellular modification process know as acetylation. The softwood used in the process is Radiata Pine sourced from sustainably managed forests in New Zealand. The result is a durable, stable and non-toxic material.  

Accoya is a very dry timber with no sap and so machines cleanly and coats easily making it perfect for Joinery applications.

Delicate profiles can be achieved with clean lines and smooth finishes because Accoya wood is so stable. Compared to other timbers, there is very little “tear out” during the machining process.
