With the “Bamboo Mood” collection, Jiang Qiong Er wished to weave a metaphor around bamboo, a powerful symbol of essential values in Chinese culture: it represents integrity, flexibility, simplicity and harmony. Based on a hand-drawn sketch by the designer and faithfully transcribed in vibrant hues, an ensemble of slender canes adorns the rugs in this collection.
