Created at the end of the 19th century (a contemporary of the Eiffel Tower) the Bistro Folding Chair - Natural Slats by Fermob is simple and solid and was very popular among lemonade sellers of the day. Chairs are sold in matching sets of two, the price is for one chair. This chair varies from the Bistro Folding Chair by having its slats made from beech rather than steel.

The slats are always natural wood, but the frame can be ordered in the 24 different colours of the range. This makes the colour on the frame more of a subtle highlight and adds a natural warmth to the chair. The Beech wooden curved slats are sealed with Textrol.

Art is a question. Design must be an answer...

...according to Bernard Reybier CEO at Fermob. Design finds its ultimate expression to create stylish furniture that works with every lifestyle. The brand has also redesigned iconic furniture pieces such as the traditional folding Bistro chair of Paris, the famous chairs in the Luxembourg gardens and the 1900 scrolled garden furniture from the end of the 19th century. Like an exercise in style, these pieces of furniture have been modernised and developed to become collections in their own right
