Your alternative? A flat pack kitchenette. Not simple.
Kitchenette was the combined brainchild of father and son, Harry and Robert Tollenaar. Both had been involved in the cabinetry industry for over 20 years and were looking to create a point of difference in the Kitchen market.
For those seeking a small kitchen – or Kitchenette, the options were either a flatpack, or specific design from a kitchen company. The former creates assembly problems, time restraints and quality issues. The latter is usually super expensive.
Simplicity was the key factor. The idea was formed to create various options of Kitchenettes that would be delivered complete. These would include branded appliances with quality materials all put together by skilled crafts people. The other main point of difference is that Kitchenette’s would be delivered both pre-wired and pre-plumbed.
What started out as a small range of three sizes, with two styles has culminated into multiple options. Choose from a large array of standard choices or design your own. Counter units, wall units, colour options, add-ons, configurations all play a part in creating the Kitchenette required for your space.
Design and assembly are performed on-site with all products locally sourced.
From small beginnings, Kitchenette has grown to be known for simplicity, quality, affordability, and on-time delivery. From District Councils to granny flats, to office spaces to garages, Kitchenette has found its way into many lives.
While sales may have grown and life has become busier, Kitchenette still retains the same family qualities with both staff and customers. Treat people well - and keep it simple.
