Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom located in Hornby, Christchurch. If you’re not based in Christchurch and there’s something specific you would like to see, please let us know.
What is your turnaround time?
For most of our vanities, once your order is placed we endeavour to dispatch your order in 3-10 working days. For the Architectural range these vanities will take longer to dispatch, approximately 6-8 weeks. The architectural range is made to order.
What about silicosis?
There is no risk at all to the end user. Lucino has been working on the development & manufacture of a low silica product range with an immensely reduced silica content. In doing this Lucino delivers a more sustainable and responsible choice for stone surfaces.
The health and safety of our people, suppliers and partners is paramount. At Lucino we comply with the strictest standards of hygiene and sterility. Our teams are protected through the stringent safety protocols we follow in order to meet New Zealand Work Safety regulations which include full PPE, respirators, dust extraction systems and wet-working control measures.
What is silica?
Silica is a natural substance found in concrete, bricks, rocks, stone, sand and clay. Respirable crystalline silica (RCS) dust is created when materials containing silica are cut, ground, drilled, sanded, polished or otherwise disturbed. RCS particles are extremely small; they can’t always be seen with the naked eye.
Do Lucino Stone Vanities pose any risks to consumers?
No, all Lucino stone surfaces are completely safe in their delivered state.
Do you use melamine?
No, our cabinetry is made from wood, not melamine.
