Cute and full of personality, Puku is like a little cartoon character you can sit on. Although inspired by time spent in Japan, Puku takes its name from a traditional Māori word. It means ‘chubby belly’. Popular for living rooms, break-out areas, galleries, and nurseries, Puku will happily rest on your floor like a sleepy animal in hibernation.
The Puku Rua Ottoman is made to order.

The Ivy House is inspired by the handmade and the concept of 'home' and how it makes us feel.
Founder Annie Loveridge lived in a home known locally as 'The Ivy House' and took that love of 'home', and how we feel when we're there, to her first showroom in Auckland's Herne Bay in 2014. She started with the desire to share the story of Armadillo and their handmade rugs.
Home is where we relax and top up our energy – whether that's alone in quiet comfort or entertaining friends and family. Home is different to us all. Surrounding ourselves with textures and fibres derived from nature affects our health and well-being. Natural materials will always empower us to relax and energise in a way synthetic can never replicate.
At The Ivy House, we share the love of natural, sustainable, kindly-made items. Our ethos is about kindness and care – for our homes and ultimately, our customers.
We focus on quality craftsmanship using sustainable fibres. We work closely with our suppliers to bring thoughtful items to our New Zealand homes you won't find elsewhere. We believe in investing in items you will enjoy in your home for a long time; making your home and our precious planet our priority.
Please don't hesitate to pop in and see us in our Grey Lynn showroom.
