Curtain Couch – a large-format coffee table for spacious rooms.
Similar to the Curtain table, the large-format table tops are supported by sculpturally flowing and undulating “curtains” of solid wood. Despite its size and solid material, the curtain couch floats elegantly above the floor and radiates calm and permanence.
Curtain couch is a pure solid wood table: the concise shape of the wave is carved out of the solid material using a sophisticated CNC technique, which is like a sculptural act. The sides are then carefully sanded and oiled by hand, bringing the flowing movement to life.
