Evolution Builders is an award-winning Auckland building company specialising in architecturally designed new builds and high-end villa and bungalow renovations. With more than 25 years' experience, we have built a reputation for delivering complex architectural projects where craftmanship, attention to detail and a clear understanding of both form and function are essential. We work closely with homeowners, architects and designers to bring designs to life. in building the most challenging of home designs with consideration to both form and function. Evolution Builders was founded in 2001 by Craig Parker and Brent Varley. Bringing together backgrounds in Timber Joinery, Carpentry and Boat Building, along with experience running their own building companies, they shared a vision for a different kind of building company - one that combines exceptional craftmanship with genuine commitment to its clients, transparent communication and careful management of budgets and timeframes. More than 25 years later, those principles remain at the heart of Evolution Builders and every home we build.
