Create curves with ease with our Swurves™ bendable, lightweight panels. All panels are custom-made and thermoformed with a vinyl wrap on 4mm MDF.

There are five profile designs and more than 40 colours to choose from in the Dezignatek colour range, making it easy to match Swurves with any of the Dezignatek profile doors. The thin profiles make it easy to allow bending to a tight radius. Four out of the five profiles are new and one matches the existing Dezignatek Prague door profile.

Swurves can also be supplied un-sanded on a 4mm MDF. These must be painted after fixing with a suitable coating system. Panels can also be supplied as a flat door option if required.

Swurves are easy to install but are not self supporting or structural and must be fixed to pre-constructed curved forma made from Thinline MDF or bendy ply.

Scope of use

Interior use only - Ideal for island units, retail displays, vanities and more.  All Dezignatek vinyl colours are available to use except those with a gloss finish. Panels can be supplied raw if you want to finish in a specific colour.

Features

Made in New Zealand with a 10 year warranty on thermoformed Swurves only. Raw Swurves supplied for painting have a 7 year warranty.
