Mammoth Duct Liner is designed to absorb noise and thermally insulate HVAC ducts.

The polyester liner ensures the reduction of sound transfer along the duct and that air of the desired temperature is delivered at the outlets. Mammoth® Duct Liner comes in a plain white sheet or a white sheet with a black face. Mammoth Duct Liner is a semi rigid board made in New Zealand from 100% thermally bonded polyester fibres. The polyester conjugate fibre used is crimped giving excellent durability.

Mammoth's acoustic range also includes Wall Sections, Wall Blankets, Bafflestack and Panel Absorber insulation.

  • Assists in absorbing noise to create a quieter environment.
  • The product is not conducive to fungal bacteria growth.

Our Take-back Program

Talking about taking product back and making it our client’s problem to get it back to us is one thing, actively putting bins around the country and making it easier for our clients to recycle their offcuts is another.

We don’t believe it is good enough to say, get it back to our factory and we will recycle the product. We believe putting our hand up and sharing that responsibility is a necessity. That’s why we are proud to announce we have started the process of putting Mammoth recycling bins around the country. The first two locations, beyond our factory in Auckland, are Hamilton and Wellington. We encourage all Mammoth Insulation users to bring their clean offcuts back to these locations so we can avoid landfill and create a circular economy by recycling them.
