All Eldvarm leather is from the Swedish tannery Tärnsjö. Established in 1873 it is the only certified organic tannery in the world and is considered to be one of Europe’s finest producers of vegetable-tanned leather. The leather used in Eldvarm products is greased for better protection but will darken over time and obtain that much-wanted patina of used leather.
