This sleek and black fire fits into tight spaces, and it has a large glass window for maximum flame viewing. The beauty of gas is that you get the same flame and same heat as your old woodburner, without the mess or fuss. The Dunedin Fireplace operated as The Fireplace for over 35 years until 2010 when it became locally owned and operated by Dunedin couple, Robbie and Pam Gardiner.

Robbie had managed The Fireplace in Dunedin over this period of time and as their Regional Technical Manager so it was an easy move for him to make, particularly being a born and bred Dunedinite. Having worked in this role since The Fireplace's inception also means that the wealth of knowledge and experience he provides is vast - dealing with customers, architects, project managers - the process is made easy because of the expertise and professionalism provided.

This also has meant that along with The Fireplace's exclusive wood and gas, we are the premier agent for Escea gas fires, exclusive agents for Warmington, Gazco, Studio, Firenzo, Ethos, Pyroclassic, Wagener Stoves, Traegar Smokers and Ziegler and Brown BBQs and agents for Metro, Masport, Woodsman, Kent, Nectre and Bosca woodfires along with Nobo Electric Panel Heaters.

The Dunedin Fireplace offers a friendly and professional service, they are able to provide the complete package from design to building consent to installation - just sit back and relax and let them do it all for you.
