Built by Quartersawn this garden trellis/obelisk is made in New Zealand in my Auckland workshop.
A beautiful addition to any garden, it can be used as a structure for a variety of climbing plants. It can either be placed over a pot or plants grown from ground level.
Constructed from macrocarpa and available painted or bare wood.

At Quartersawn I design and build bespoke furniture and cabinetry, made in New Zealand in my Auckland workshop. With authentic craftsmanship my furniture is built to last, sustainable and tailored to the requirements of our clients.
From design consultation, timber selection and construction I work through the whole process with my clients to produce beautiful pieces.
I build customs pieces and also have a range of made to order pieces to shop from.
Quartersawn is owned and operated by craftsman Aaron Bougher. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) and previously worked as a structural engineer designing bridges. This has given him a keen eye for details and an in depth understanding of materials. He spent 5 years or 10,000 hours engineering and building his own home, including furniture and cabinetry. He is passionate about craftsmanship and loves bringing pieces of furniture to life.
