Through many years of cooperation, the Danish design duo Anne-Mette Jensen and Morten Ernst have manifested themselves as exponents of contemporary Danish design. With their Piccolo collection, they have created the perfect side table, available in either aluminium or oak. Piccolo means little waiter, and the small side table easily finds its seat next to the armchair, couch or entrance, as well as in the bedroom and bedside table.
New dimensions and materials
With its new wooden design and the split levels in the table top, the Piccolo tables have been given a new life. The dimensions are inspired of strength and stability. The organic shapes contribute a natural warmth, while the massive table top and base give the table a certain sturdiness. The high quality and the minimalistic expression enhance the Nordic features of the design.
Different dimensions
Just like the original Piccolo side table in aluminium, the Piccolo Wood is also available in two heights: 38cm and 48cm. The two heights of the original Piccolo in aluminium are 38cm and 58cm.
The two different heights of the Piccolo Wood create an interesting composition, and you can use them alone or together.
The flexible series
The Insula collection is available as a café, sofa, dining and conference table. With the many possibilities and its simple design, the Insula tables is suitable for both private homes, hotels, restaurants and offices.

Established in 1997, Cult (formerly Corporate Culture) formed to provide not only exceptional designer furniture, but also a high level of customer service, a combination not yet experienced in the Australian marketplace.
In his endeavours since then, company founder and director Richard Munao has built one of the most comprehensive collections of brand partners in Australia and New Zealand. Cult has grown from its first location in Sydney to now include showrooms in Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland as well as distributors in Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.
In addition to founding Cult, and supporting strong international partners like Fritz Hansen, Carl Hansen & Son, &Tradition, HAY and Gubi, Richard is actively involved in discovering and mentoring emerging Australian and New Zealand design talent. As founder of Cult’s Design Journey Competition, which began in 2004, Richard gives designers throughout Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to have their designs prototyped and put into production.
