Joseph Giles Lever Action Oval Recessed Bolt

Designed with the hysteresis at the forefront this ultra smooth lever action flush bolt is designed to be recessed vertically into the end or face of a door and is usually used to secure the slave leaf of a double door set; enabling the main leaf to latch or lock into the slave leaf. The bolt is thrown and retracted by operating the small lever.

The main body is solid brass with rounded ends which are complemented with striking curved apertures designed for absolute comfort whilst operating the solid brass lever paddle.

The bolt has 10mm of adjustment which can be set after fitment.

Available in five different sizes, these bolts are supplied singularly, with all the necessary fixings finished to match.

We recommend that two bolts are fitted per leaf, one at the top of the door and one at the bottom. A ‘receiver plate’ is supplied with each bolt, which can be used for a bolt being fitted to the top of a door. However, a socket (BL1035) is required for a bolt that is fitted at the bottom of the door and these need to be specified/purchased separately.
