The airy design of the Mood outdoor sofa and its warm combination of teak and handwoven, earthbrown Tricord yarn, will immediately create an intimate and natural atmosphere on your patio. The Tricord yarn consists of polyolefin and is weather-resistant, but has nevertheless a very soft look and feel. The seating comfort is especially pleasant thanks to the comfortable outdoor cushions which can be left outside, even when it’s raining, thanks to the ventilating stuffing in a waterproof cover.
Frame : plantation teak from East-Java, every part is handpicked during the cutting process of the tree.
Back : weaving with Tricord® on an aluminium powdercoated frame Tricord consists of an indestructible polyester core and an outside covering of weather resistant polyolefin. It is the ultimate combination of the strength of polyester and the natural look and feel of polyolefine: strong on the inside, soft on the outside. Tricord is exclusively designed for Tribù and is UV-, mildew and rot resistant. The backs can be replaced individually.
Cushions : water-repellent filling, UV-resistant outdoor fabric

Available in a variety of finishes, please contact Dawson and Co to confirm options.
For over 45 years the Dawson family and our wonderful staff have been filling homes with designer furniture sourced from New Zealand and abroad. We travel extensively, collaborating with our manufacturing partners to ensure we bring the best value product we can find. Our philosophy is simple - to showcase great quality, honest furniture from brilliant craftspeople in a welcoming environment.
How do we achieve this?
We are extremely lucky to have fostered strong relationships with renowned international furniture brands and designers including Molteni & C, Timothy Oulton, Dedon and Tribu. Buying directly from international suppliers enables us to remove the added layers of costs and complexity so we can pass the savings on to the consumer.
What is great quality?
We believe it is a fine balance of design and materials. That is why prior to adding any product collections we meet the artisans in their workshops and factories anywhere they manufacture around the world, which involves us spending up to 3 months a year travelling to Asia and Europe. All too often we have been shown cheaper items but they turn out to be inferior. All our staff are highly trained professionals who can tell you about our furniture in detail.
