You can choose to build an ‘Off plan’ from our Designer range, you can Customise our range to fit your brief or build something completely Bespoke working with one of our in-house architects. And, you can ‘Add-on’, upgrading a variety of architectural and interior details, materials, colour palettes and amenities for that touch of luxury or added comfort.

We are pioneers in the modular architectural space with over 30 years of experience across the team. We have invested heavily in our build and installation process to reduce costs for our clients, ensure quality and warranty with our products, and deliver beautiful homes all across the country.

Our two New Zealand-based factories allow us to build through all weather, keeping to timelines and managing costs. Our Kumeu, Auckland-based showroom bodes with our experienced head office team and passionate Founders Brad and Jade.
