Nook Homes specialises in architecturally designed modular homes. Our homes are highly customisable, transportable, built off-site, delivered to and connected on your own, personal plot of land anywhere in New Zealand.

Our prefab homes can be delivered to the most unique and difficult-to-reach locations across New Zealand. Some of our most popular locations include Waiheke Island, Mangawhai, Wellington, Martinborough, Great Barrier Island, Queenstown, and beyond. We are a turn-key design and build solution from start to finish, taking the stress away from building, while managing costs and timelines due to the modular approach. We use quality products, sourcing locally made materials wherever possible and our in-house architects and interior designers work with you to achieve quality high-end finishes and materials - such as cladding, roofing, joinery, flooring,

interior colours, design and finishes for the kitchen, living, bathrooms, wardrobes, laundry, and storage areas.

You can choose to build an ‘Off plan’ from our Designer range, you can Customise our range to fit your brief or build something completely Bespoke working with one of our in-house architects. And, you can ‘Add-on’, upgrading a variety of architectural and interior details, materials, colour palettes and amenities for that touch of luxury or added comfort.

We are pioneers in the modular architectural space with over 30 years of experience across the team. We have invested heavily in our build and installation process to reduce costs for our clients, ensure quality and warranty with our products, and deliver beautiful homes all across the country.

Our two New Zealand-based factories allow us to build through all weather, keeping to timelines and managing costs. Our Kumeu, Auckland-based showroom bodes with our experienced head office team and passionate Founders Brad and Jade.

All homes come with a 10-year warranty.
