Supplier Reviews

1 / 5

“I had a kitchen door banging for 2 years . Finally took soft close hinges off to see if i can repair myself. Not going to happen.....Rang Hettich and spoke to Bryttany ( Customer Services/Sales).Explained my hinge problem. Bryttany asked for me to send photos of the hinge to her. Bryttany e-mailed back fast and said two replacement hinges were being sent out that day to me . Hinges arrived by courier this morning. Hinges back on door . Beautiful silence. Hettich did not charge me for anything. What an amazing company . Thanks again Bryttany and to your team .”
