Oxide Mirror by Deknudt Decora | ECC
Thanks to the fact that we silver our mirrors in our own factory, Deknudt Mirrors has the ability to manufacture mirrors printed on the backside (before silvering the glass). But even more impressive is the technology to make mirrors with partially transparent spaces. OXIDE plays with contrasts : it is an old threadbare carpet in a tight new appearance. A game of old and new,.. of transparent and reflecting. Although the mirror is full of transparent holes, the functionality of the mirror remains. To be used perfectly as a mirror but intriguing at the same time by its atmosphere of transparence and fading drawing. The mirror itself is 5 mm thick, giving it extra body. The mirror can only be hung in a vertical position (1 direction) with our 2 new hanging profiles.
