CSR Potter Interior Systems

The Potter Interior Systems range of perforated plasterboard allows architects and designers to create beautiful ceilings and walls that achieve high levels of acoustic performance.

The panel perforations together with acoustic fabric lining and insulation, where used, reduce echo and noise reverberation to create more comfortable environments for work and leisure.

Rigitone perforated plasterboard delivers a monolithic design due to its edge to edge pattern layouts. Integrating lighting, ventilation systems, loudspeakers and such is straightforward and simple. 

As part of the International Alliance program, our perforated range includes four Rigitone options with edge to edge, continuous patterns and three Protone options with patterns laid out in grids, developed by worldwide plasterboard specialist, Saint-Gobain. 

These products feature innovative Activ’Air technology to help improve indoor air quality. The contemporary patterns of Rigitone provide a wide range of design versatility and acoustic performance for ceiling and wall projects

Rigitone Astral

Rigitone Astral
Features a regularly staggered pattern consisting of 12mm and 20mm round perforations spaced at 33mm centres, providing a 19.6% open area. The panels are supplied with a white acoustic fabric backing that improves acoustic performance and eliminates dust from ceiling cavities.
Rigitone Astral is supplied as a 12.5mm thick sheet, 1980mm wide and 1188mm long.

Rigitone Galaxy

Rigitone Galaxy
An irregular scattered pattern consisting of 8mm, 15mm and 20mm round perforations, providing a 10% open area. The panels are supplied with a white acoustic fabric backing that improves acoustic performance and eliminates dust from ceiling cavities.
Rigitone Galaxy is supplied as a 12.5mm thick sheet, 1960mm wide and 1200mm long.

Rigitone Matrix 8mm Round

Rigitone Matrix 8mm Round
A pattern of 8mm round perforations spaced at 18mm centres, providing a 15.5% open area.
The panels are supplied with a white acoustic fabric backing that improves acoustic performance and eliminates dust from ceiling cavities.
Rigitone Matrix 8mm Round as a 12.5mm thick sheet, 1188mm wide and 1998mm long.

Rigitone Matrix 12mm Square

Rigitone Matrix 12mm Square
A pattern of 12mm square perforations spaced at 25mm centres, providing a 23% open area. The panels are supplied with a white acoustic fabric backing that improves acoustic performance and eliminates dust from ceiling cavities.
Rigitone Matrix 12mm Square is supplied as a 12.5mm thick sheet, 1200mm wide and 2000mm long.

Rigitone Matrix 15mm Round

A regular pattern of 15mm round perforations at 30mm centres combine to give Class C sound absorption and up to 0.90 NRC 19.6% perforated area. The panels are supplied a white acoustic fabric backing that improves acoustic performance and eliminates dust from ceiling cavities.
Rigitone Matrix 15mm Round as a 12.5mm thick sheet, 1980mm wide and 1200mm long.
