This work is about those places that remain unchanged in our minds since childhood. Those places that form us and yet we move away from and they remain in our heart and minds somehow informing everything we do.
Elliott Collins won the prestigious Molly Morpeth Canaday Contemporary Art Award in 2024. He holds PhD in visual art from Auckland University of Technology. His work is held in significant private and institutional collections locally, including the Auckland Art Gallery, as well as internationally.
