The 20mm Simply Pleat 20mm system is extremely flexibile and available with various operating methods ensuring ease of use and cleaning. We offer blinds for a wide range of shapes including round, half-round, angled, drawn from top to bottom or from bottom to top – Simply Pleat offers a suitable solution for every conceivable window layout.

These pleated blinds are available in a wide range of fabrics with patterns and colours to enhance any décor. The practical and technical characteristics of your fabrics choice will ensure you have maximum control of light, shade and privacy. The different qualities of fabrics control the amount of light entering a room and provide the level of transparency according to your taste and needs.

Intelligent Installation

There are a variety of installation options available for customers of made-to-measure pleated systems. A very popular and unobtrusive location for our pleated blinds is in the window beading. Mounting on the window frame, on the beading of the window bar or with bracket holders are other options – there’s a wide choice to ensure you can design your own unique solution.

Over the years, we have specialised in natural woven ranges and are constantly adding to these collections. We now offer our Simply Naturals Collection, an extensive range of timber, bamboo and natural weaves to suit any design style, from French country to exotic, eclectic, rustic Orientals.

All of our natural weaves are unique to Blinds by Peter Meyer. Our Simply Naturals include: Le Blinde, our foundation range of stylish woven French timbers. Chinois, our eclectic collection of exotic woven bamboos Silk Road, an amazing range of rustic Oriental woven grasses, reeds & twines Urban Naturals, a Timber Venetians, high grade sustainable Cedar in a range of widths, stains or custom paint. Shangri La, is an exclusive sheer blind with a vane between two layers, offering a soft sheer light and view or complete privacy.

We’d like to tell you a little bit of Blinds by Peter Meyer history…

Peter Meyer commenced manufacturing blinds in 1987 after 15 year’s experience as both a retailer and an interior decorator. He applied that knowledge & experience to set up to manufacture high quality custom made blinds for the trade.
Today Blinds by Peter Meyer is regarded highly as one the best manufacturers of quality blinds in Australia.

Family Owned and Run

The business is now run by his sons, Simon and Damien with Peter becoming chairman of the Board. This generational change has been extremely successful with the company now strengthened with additional energy, innovation and ideas. Both Simon and Damien bring extensive experience to the business with over 30 years combined experience considerably adding to the day to day expertise & customer service. With this background, our management and strong team of experts understand the industry, indoor and outdoor, from both the retail and manufacturing perspectives..
