Scope of use

Ribon Continuous Interlocking Soffits® require a periodic manual wash down with just water and a soft brush to maintain its high-quality finish and ensure the longevity of the product. Depending on your environment, some applications will require more frequent wash downs than others.

Our Story

In 2007, Ribon Limited was founded with a mission: To consolidate an over-resourced construction method into an integrated system that would save time, reduce sub-trade involvement, employ a consistent arrangement of compatible materials and be a cost-effective solution that offers more value for the building owner.

The founder, Keith Russell a trade contractor, saw a system using timber, fibre cement, steel and 3x subtrades including a builder, painter and fascia installer to form the eaves or soffits on buildings. Originally designing the Ribon fascia and soffit system for the residential sector, Keith could see an opportunity to create a system that would use 1x material, installed by 1x trade and deliver a more aesthetical finish with highly durable products, under 1x warranty. The highly durable products would outlast the existing products' maintenance requirements, becoming more cost-effective.

These highly regarded value propositions are also recognised throughout the commercial sector, especially for high-rise buildings, retirement villages/buildings and government projects where maintenance is a crucial consideration.

Our Roll-formed soffit panels, come in practical 8m lengths reducing joins and creating a minimalistic, luxury finish with our pre-painted colour options. The substrate is a zinc/aluminium/magnesium coated 0.55bmt steel product which gives much more durability than that of Zincalume®.

We have a wide range of fascia/soffit brackets to suit any design and a range of soffit brackets that can create a suspended or direct fix to the building element system.

Our mission is to build a cohesive working relationship between our customers and peers to provide a service equally as superior as our products. We work closely with designers when custom or unique solutions come to light and when timelines are tight, we have proven that we will deliver our scope in a timely manner.

We value opportunities given to us and take on any challenge with pride and focus to ensure we meet project requirements.
