Features
  • Environmental Benefits: Dekton scores highly in the environmental charts, it is created with 100% renewable energy & 98% recycled water. In addition to this, it also happens to be carbon neutral over its lifetime.
  • High UV Resistance: Dekton is highly resistant to ultraviolet (UV) rays & has superior colour fastness so it doesn’t fade overtime, making it the perfect choice both interior & exterior applications.
  • High Scratch Resistance: Dekton is a highly scratch-resistance surface. Domestic utensils will not scratch it. However, we do recommend that chopping boards are used to protect the utensils.
  • Stain Resistance: The new Dekton surface is highly resilient thanks to its low porosity, resisting accidental stains from domestic use as well as from chemical agents. Even tough stains such as wine, coffee, ink & rust can be easily cleaned.
  • Freezing & Thawing Resistance: The low thermal expansion coefficient of Dekton makes it resistant to thermal shock, going from heat to extreme cold. Its natural resistance to freezing & thawing make it the perfect material for even the most extreme cold environments.
  • Abrasion Resistance: Even more resistant to abrasion than granite, which makes it the ideal surface for commercial applacations & high traffic areas such as flooring and facades. While other surfaces will show the effects of wear and tear over time, Dekton’s finish will last for the entire life of the product & will never need to be replaced or retouched.
  • High Fire & Heat Resistance: Excellent resistance to high temperatures without compromising on its ethics or features. Hot utensils, electrical appliances, pots & pans can all be placed directly on the surface without causing any damage.
