Accumen Shapes Limited is a proudly New Zealand-owned and operated business specializing in the manufacture of both traditional and contemporary lightweight exterior decorative mouldings. 

Our products are designed to transform your existing or planned project into a unique architectural dream without requiring any major structural redesign.

In addition to decorative mouldings, Accumen Shapes also manufactures a wide range of insulation products for both commercial and industrial sectors.

Accumen custom-manufactures a diverse array of lightweight exterior mouldings, including columns, architraves, cornices, window sills, fence caps, quoins, false vents and shutters, arches, dado lines, parapet mouldings, and chimney surrounds. 

Furthermore, we produce bBOLD signage, unique shapes, film sets, and theatre props.

Accumen Shapes operates New Zealand’s only locally based manufacturing facility for pre-formed fibreglass pipe sections. 

Our capabilities extend to producing Our manufacturing capabilities encompass a diverse array of insulation materials, including FoamGlas (Cellular Glass Insulation), Ravatherm, Foamular XPS shapes and sheets & PUR, PIR, and Phenolic shapes and sheets. We also produce Rockwool pipe sections, along with Siliner and Ductliner boards.

Additionally, we house New Zealand’s only fully automated laminating operation, capable of laminating foils, cloth, and rigid insulation foams to insulation blankets and boards.

In 1991, Accumen was founded in Otahuhu, Auckland, New Zealand. Since then, we have evolved into the present company, Accumen Shapes Limited, specializing in the production of KickIt® High-Quality Lightweight decorative shapes and mouldings, alongside a wide range of Commercial and Industrial insulation products.
