Engineered for industrial and commercial use our Steel Roller Shutters combine robust construction with a sleek curved profile.

This design offers strength while minimizing roll diameter hence reducing headroom requirements and lead in angles. The finish is either galvanized steel or powdercoated over a “pre-primed” Zincalume steel from New Zealand Steel, offering superior corrosion resistance to a galvanized base.

The operating mechanism is a “Springless System” - a well proven international design.

  • Incorporates a “Safety Brake” for free fall prevention

  • No more broken springs and expensive maintenance costs
  • Easily “Sprung Balanced” for manual operation

The PVC Guide Strip eliminates the need for greasing the guides and reduces maintenance costs.

The Guide system utilises the same profile for both Standard and Windlock doors (required for “high wind areas” and large doors).
