HANDCRAFTED MOVEMENT

The handcrafted movement has really taken off in the last five years. We have always included local craftspeople in our work.

The notion of assembling a team of artisans and craftspeople for our designs was born out of working with natural fibres, timber and fantastic fabrics over the years, plus a good knowledge of how a piece of furniture should be constructed. 

Our bespoke  production design is based on the quality of the artisans and craftspeople available. Our furniture always has a “hand” to it. How good that hand is has a direct effect on how successful the completed furniture is. We want our furniture to have the benefit of a good team. You really are only as good as your team.

Our sofas are a clear invitation to live, sit, sleep, talk and enjoy.
Loose covers are used to create a comfortable sofa that easily changes it's look. The removable covers makes it possible to revitalise the complete sofa by changing covers to a different look. We recommend washing covers by dry cleaning or steam clean on the frame.
