The Wolf ICBCG365PS 91cm Professional gas cooktop features patented dual-stacked sealed burners, designed with two-tiers for precise cooking control from a gentle simmer to a powerful sear. The upper-tier burner delivers maximum heat transfer, close to the cooking vessel, for the intense power required for a fast boil or high sear. The lower simmer flame is farther from the pan and provides continuous control with a gentle gas output, ideal for delicate sauces or melting fine chocolate without scorching.
