Since 1975, Michel Cinier has been signing all new product lines introduced by the company. Johanne Cinier, creative director at the Cinier company, finds her inspiration in colors when creating new towel warmer & radiator designs, and those designs become a complete representation of contemporary art.

Thermal performance and material flexibility
After seven years of research and development, Atelier CINIER have developed the Olycal Stone: The stone is crushed at the initial stage of production then restructured in the Cinier workshop following an exclusive patented process allowing heat to be emitted with high efficiency.
Olycal® Stone has several advantages:
1. Thermal: Heat is accumulated and reinstated (quality due to the coupling of radiance and thermal mass which allows heat to accumulate for and be evenly released.)
2. Tactile: The Olycal stone is made from the finest quality of natural stone and feels soft to the touch.

Exceptional Comfort
Each of CINIER radiators is studied and conceived to diffuse exceptional heating comfort. Their technology is based on 3 principles:
- the radiance of Olycal® stone
- the thermal inertia of Olycal® stone
- emission at low temperature thanks to the large surface of the radiator and electronic control.
The Olycale® stone: The Olycal® stone is a natural white colour rock (from the mountains of the Pyrennées in the south of France) that is crushed and remodeled to provide for an exceptional diffusion of thermal energy.
Like cast iron, the Olycal® stone emits soft and homogeneous heat at low temperature. Cinier radiators are perfectly silent.
Thermic mass effect (or inertia) :
The thermic mass of Olycal® stone provides a function of “accumulation” and “durable dissipation” of heating emission. It allows the diffusion of a cosy, constant, homogeneous heat to maintain the room at the right temperature with an exceptional comfort.
Low temperature heating:
The large surface area of CINIER radiators and the electronic regulation allow to heat at low temperature without propel air (Total silence of operation). The air of the room is not dirty, is healthier and pleasanter to breathe.

Why Environmentally Friendly?
The Greenor® fan coil circulates chilled or low-temperature
water through a coil for indoor cooling or heating
using renewable energy generators (biomass energy, heat
pumps, chillers or condensing boilers) for low-temperature
hydronic systems.
Unlike the traditional air conditioning systems, Greenor® is refrigerant-free for a better respect of the environment.
Greenor® fan coil unit use very efficient special DC motors (average of 10 Watts of energy consumption) to be the best optimal energy-efficient fan coil unit on the market.
The low flow of warm or cool air can be adjusted as it is evenly distributed all around the perimeter of the front panel in Olycale® stone.
It substantially reduces the vertical temperature difference between floor and ceiling unlike what is observed with standard convection systems.

WARRANTY
Greenor® Fan Coil offers:
• 5 YEARS warranty on the heating and cooling elements (Coil in copper/aluminum).
• 7 YEARS warranty on the Stone panel with exception of any damage and/or breakage caused
by any party other than Cinier.
• 10 YEARS warranty on the metallic Frame.
• 2 YEARS on the electric components: electronic regulation, bypass valves, electric fans.
Please note the fans, made in Germany by EBM PAPST, have a life time of 9 to 11 years depending
on the conditions of use. Copy of the tests report to support this life time is available to customers
upon request.
CINIER Hydronic radiators offers:
• 5 YEARS warranty.
CINIER Electric bathroom radiators offers:
• 5 YEARS warranty on the heating element and on the Olycale Stone panel with exception of any
damage and/or breakage caused by any part other Cinier.
• 2 YEARS on the electric components: Honeywell thermostats.
The warranty starts on the date the product is invoiced.
The warranty covers either the repair or the exchange for a complete new product.
The warranty does not cover any cost of dismounting and reinstallation of the product found defective.
CINIER has an international insurance policy against any liability and damage caused to a third party.
The liability insurance is understood to cover any claim arising from a malfunction of the product itself.
This General liability insurance can in no circumstance cover any damage resulting from a faulty
installation on the part of the installer or a faulty operation on the part of the end user.

Established in 1951 as manufacturer representatives, this third-generation family-owned company has a continuing policy of representing specialist manufacturers of quality products for the plumbing and marine industries. SA Plumbing Supply's parent company - Shipwright Agencies Ltd - experienced the marine sector weakening toward the end of the 1990s and thus diversified into the plumbing sector, specialising in niche products that were a point of difference from the norm.
In early 2014, Shipwright Agencies Ltd created a new brand - SA Plumbing Supply Ltd - to convey a name that had greater relevance to the plumbing industry. We are a small boutique company where you receive personalised service that goes the extra mile to get the best products without paying for an arm and a leg.
Quadro (Italy) was the first brand onboard during the Shipwright Agencies era in early 2000, specialising in stainless steel tapware with highly architectural origins and is Green to boot.
Over the years, SA Plumbing Supply has sourced quality European brands to introduce to the New Zealand market. Director Sean Paterson regularly travels to European Trade Shows, such as Salone del Mobile in Milan and ISH in Frankfurt, to ensure SA Plumbing Supply is at the forefront of leading product procurement.
In 2015, SA Plumbing Supply began marketing Goman (Italy) as a specialist supplier of accessible bathroom products that changed the perception of the disability market (accessible doesn't need to be ugly). Subsequently 2017, Hewi (Germany) increased the market share of highly architectural accessible products by introducing the System 900 range, which has set the standard for Hotels and luxury homes.
