We undertake all installation, service & maintenance for air-conditioning & heat pumps, fresh air/extracts and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial properties. We carry out project works for various companies. We also take on contracting work in the HVACR industry, anything from mechanical ventilation to VRV, VRF and electrical installation. We fabricate and install all the ducting work and commission.one of the owner’s Salendra Lal has been in the industry for the last 14 years.

We also undertake all plumbing, gas fitting and drain laying from maintenance, repairing, renovation to a new build for commercial and residential properties. Our other owner, Patrick (Paddy), has been in this field for the last 15 years, including 5 years’ experience in Project Management and brings with him a breadth of experience ranging from tap maintenance to pool pumps and most things in-between.
