Rob provided prompt communication and a good estimate on costs. He was very personable to the point it actually being a pleasure to have him there to do the work. He was amenable to a change in the scope of the work when it came to actually doing it, and completed the job to our requirements to a high standard. We're actually considering getting him back for a different job... I cannot recommend him highly enough.
