Here at Alliance Builders, we specialise in new high-end residential projects with only the highest standard of workmanship, planning and problem-solving. We believe in making one of the biggest purchases in a lifetime as smooth and problem-free as possible.
Although specialising in high-end residential, we are not limited to it. We enjoy doing anything from decks and pergolas to any size renovation or addition. The Directors Ben and Tom have 30 years of combined experience. They started their apprenticeships together with a local Mount Maunganui company on large high-end residential projects and from there have done everything in between. With both of them doing stints of building and construction overseas, they returned to New Zealand to start a company together here in Tauranga and service anywhere in the Bay Of Plenty.
They have licensed building practitioners (LBP) and members of the Registered Master Builders Association. They are a young and enthusiastic, small team with fresh ideas and perspectives ready to take on any project small or large. At Alliance Builders we believe that just doing the minimum isn’t good enough. We like to go the extra mile with the finer details and finishing to ensure a high-quality product and end result.
We also understand the importance of communication with the client, to make sure their wants and needs are being met throughout the project. In our experience, we think it is important to engage your builder at the design stage to work through options not only with your ideas but to suit a budget, as some systems and materials can vary in price and labour intensity which can be taken into account early and remedied.
