AP Builders Ltd is an experienced residential building company, based in West Auckland. We have a wide range of experience and cover most types of projects. These include working with the clients and architects at an early design stage, as well as ground work through to handover to clients, and everything in between.

Aaron Pennycook, Director and Project Manager, has over 20 years’ experience in building, being qualified for 16 of those, as well as being a Licensed Building Practitioner in Carpentry and Site 1.

Aaron prides himself and his team in quality, communication, and efficiency as well as working with a great list of sub trades. Aaron’s attention to detail ensures he meets the clients’ expectations and treats every job as if it was his own home.
