Apex Construction is a Hamilton-based residential building specialist.
We pride ourselves on restoring homes to their former glory while adding a modern feel to them. Our team of licensed building practitioners, qualified carpenters and apprentices take great pride in their work producing quality workmanship that both themselves and our clients are proud of. Chris is always happy to meet you onsite go over your ideas and plans for your new home or renovation.
Apex is owned and operated by Luke Robinson and Chris Fowlie, who are both fully licensed LPB’s with over 12 years each in the industry. We specialize in residential building. From a new Bathroom or Kitchen to full house extensions and New Builds.
Apex construction will project manage the whole job from start to finish making it as stress-free as possible. We have a team of reliable and professional subcontractors who work with us to get the best results. What makes us different from the rest? As building can be a stressful undertaking Chris and Luke will not only help you through the process from concept stage to final handover.

The Process
1. Come and talk to us
Sit down and discuss your project.
2. Concept Drawings
Once we know what you want done, we will get our preferred Architect to come in do a measure us and create some concept drawings.
3. Accurate estimate
Once the concept drawings are done we can give you an estimate of the cost to within 10% of the quoted cost.
4. Full working drawings
Once the concept plans are accepted and the price is where you want it to be our Architect will draw the full working drawings for the council.
5. Quote
When the drawings are complete we will send them to our subcontractors for pricing and present a quote for the works.
6. Get the plans to council
It can take up to 6 weeks for plans to get out of the council. During this time we will organize the job so as to have a smooth start from the day we get out of the council and start the build.
