Arête Architects

When you work with Arête, you collaborate one-on-one with our directors and lead architects, Jonny and Sam. Our process is designed to make your project seamless, using our expertise to take the weight off your shoulders.

Context

We get to know you and your project, listening carefully and taking the time to deeply understand your needs, site, and budget.

Design

We take your project from early concepts through to final plans, factoring in your feedback at each stage.

Consent

We handle building consent and provide the necessary documentation so you can break ground. Along the way, we seek resource consent if needed.

Deliver

Finally, we help you select a builder and manage the contract. We oversee your project’s progress, working closely with the project team to ensure every expert’s input shapes the final outcome.

Architecture. A hot topic, a buzz word, a realm for the rich and famous, or the thing that your step uncle does? We will be unpacking the good, the bad and the downright reality of the architectural and construction industry. With insights from industry professionals and personal anecdotes from our three hosts Ben, Gerard and Sam, you will be given a look behind the closed pages of those fancy looking moleskins. Tune in and redline out.
