High-tech Manufacturing Plant
Our sheet metal facility in Auckland can turn over jobs quickly and accurately in mixed-quantity runs.
Computer numerical control (CNC) automation gives us the ability to take on a wide range of work in any direction.
The plant is set up to work with a variety of industries, including ‘clean industries’ such as food, health, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, dairy, fisheries and meat producers that require high-grade stainless-steel surfaces.
Our Story
We are proudly Kiwi-owned and operated by the Taylor family.
In 1998, Bruce and Delwyn Taylor procured the business from former All Black Barry Ashworth.
The business has developed dramatically over the years as basic hand tools used in the early days have steadily been replaced by modern technology. State-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication technology and machinery is now used throughout our busy Auckland plant.
Bruce and Delwyn's son Chris joined the business in 2010 and family values continue to run strong; we genuinely care about our people and our customers, and proudly stand by everything we do.

Design
Whether it's creating custom designs or working with your existing concepts, we can turn designs into functional products simply and cost effectively.
Our engineers are experienced working in the ever-changing technical environment and will work with you throughout the conceptual, procurement and fabrication processes until you are completely satisfied.
We choose to use leading design-industry software so that we can receive orders and specifications directly and efficiently.

Sheet Metal Production
Accurate and high quality sheet metal production requires modern machinery and well-trained staff with extensive knowledge of the materials used.
We are experts in processing, lasing and bending the following sheet metal:

Architectural Sheet Metal
We are a professional architectural sheet metal contractor for both residential and commercial projects.
Our expertise in bringing architectural vision to life has been sought internationally and we have produced work for a variety of high-spec commercial, bathroom and kitchen fit outs.
With top-of-the-line material and state-of-the-art equipment, no job is too big or too small.
Laser Cutting
We have invested in a high-intensity laser to meet and exceed any laser cutting requirements.
Our top-of-the-line industrial laser will cut through difficult materials, such as high-carbon tool steel, quickly and cleanly.
Stainless steel and specialty alloys can also be processed at speed.
Maintenance
Lack of proper care and maintenance can result in costly repairs or even total replacement of your investment.
Regular maintenance and inspections will ensure the life of your metal product is extended as long as possible, and means we can find and remedy issues before they cause problems.
