In particular, we are positioned to deliver multiple-unit residential developments, such as terraced housing and walk-up apartments, with project values of $10–50 million. Our strong technical knowledge in handling inter-tenancy walls, fire protection, and seismic control means we are ideally suited to delivering these types of projects.
