A 15-year warranty is issued for Loxo cladding and is valid provided that maintenance is completed and repainting is undertaken every 7-8 years. Repainting not only ensures you are covered under warranty, it also extends the longevity. All workmanship is 100% guaranteed. Plus, all the maintenance requirements and council information are included in the paperwork you receive.
What maintenance is required after exterior cladding is installed?
Every 12 months a washdown is needed to keep the exterior of your home or building looking great. Although this additional service is needed to ensure your warranty isn't void, the cost for this is small.
As well working with private building contractors, do you also work on regular houses requiring new cladding?
