My Vernon Homestead Renovation This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to completely restore and renovate this stunning historic home. Our client engaged us based on our reputation and experience with bespoke projects. With a clear plan in place to restore this iconic home from its bad state of disrepair into an impressive private residence. The scale of the project is still hard to comprehend.
Over eighteen months the Baldwin & Co team completed an incredible amount of work, removing tonnes of materials, stripping the house back to its bones before completing a high quality, precision fit-out. My Vernon is approximately 1,000sqm spread over three stories, including basement level. The home was renovated to include six bedrooms and six bathrooms plus a separate toilet. The home features a stunning feature staircase, ballroom, library and expansive hallways with beautiful timber and historical features. It was an absolute privilege to manage the project and team of subcontractors
