Brendan completed my New Build in 2019 and I cannot thank him and his team enough for the incredible job they did! The house is everything I had ever hoped for but more than anything I am grateful for the way in which Brendan managed the build. I can honestly say not one negative thing about Brendan and the team at BCD. Brendan’s communication was always excellent so I knew what was happening and when. Any little changes were accommodated without any issues. The build was finished earlier than the predicted time frame and within the budget given. Brendan is a true gentleman and is still more than happy to respond to any queries I have 18 months post-completion. It was important to me to choose an Australian family-owned and operated building firm and Brendan did not disappoint. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do any renovations big or small. 

We had the pleasure of using BCD Building to undertake our double garage, large living space and main bedroom with ensuite extension in 2016, which included a completely new roof structure. It took BCD Building a total of 8 weeks to get it to lock up stage. This included installations of windows and Weathertex weatherboards. Brendan organised a full perimeter scaffold supply and installation and a very competent roofer to complete our very large 380 square metre roof. I was very satisfied with the quality of the structure. During the whole process, Brendan provided a high level of communication to ensure I was across all the necessary detailing and happy with the end product. His invoicing was also very prompt and detailed, ensuring there was no confusion. Since using BCD Building, I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Dear Brendan, I just wanted to thank you SO MUCH for all your help and hard work with my 3-bathroom renovation and upgrade of my new house! Your team of tradesmen did a wonderful job in every room and were all incredibly polite, punctual, friendly and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble.
